I have had the pleasure of a nearly 15-year relationship with Greytrix. Before entering the Acumatica space, I spent many years as a consultant and practice owner in the Sage 300 ERP and Sage CRM ecosystems. During that time, I collaborated extensively with Greytrix on projects ranging from small reporting requests to large-scale, fully custom solutions. Throughout our work together, I found the Greytrix team to be consistently attentive, eager, and willing to collaborate at every stage. Over the years, I built strong relationships with their developers, team leads, and several of their executives. When I launched my Acumatica practice, one of my long-time contacts at Greytrix reached out to share that they were starting a cloud ERP practice as well, offering services similar to their work with legacy ERP systems. Given our history, I was thrilled to learn this. As we were both new to Acumatica, it took some time to establish the same rhythm we had developed with the Sage applications.
Today, several years into our Acumatica collaboration, I’m happy to say that the Greytrix Acumatica team has become an invaluable extension of our own. We rely on them for a high volume of enhancements and customizations each month and are consistently pleased with their results. We greatly value this partnership and look forward to growing and strengthening it in the years to come.
